I am Siddhi Umeshbhai Oza (Seat No.: 2171, S. Y. B. Com., National College of Commerce, Ahmedabad).
Being part of S. Y. B. Com. University Examinations conducted during
March/April 2009, i appeared the same with seat no. 2171 and was
declared failed in 3 subjects namely
Prin. Adv. Acc./Aud.,
Economics P-II,
Business Organisation & Management (BOM)
As i was sure on my performance, i have applied for rechecking of papers
for which details are as under:

Fees Paid Receipt No.: 004808, 004809, 004810
Subjects Applied For Recheck: (1): Prin. Adv. Acc./Aud.(Main)(P-2 & P-3), (2) Economics P-II,
(3) Business Organisation & Management (BOM)
After waiting for considerable time, i visited university examination
department on 22nd August to verify status of my recheck application, but i
haven't received any concrete answer from officials.
Results are not declared yet and being reasonable, if not declared, i
won't be able to appear in reexamination which is going to be
conducted during October/November, 2009.
I, here by, request you to consider my case positively, and also
request you to take prompt action in this regard.
