I am absent in collage internal exam and also in retest of collage internal exam because of some family isuee. So can i able to give university exam???...

I have given the exam of subject but in result it shows absent ...i cant understand what to do next?...
i contacted my college they told me to contact the university.and when i contacted my university they told me to take in written from college...
i cant understand to do next?

But any time writing mistake in my examination admit card in subject mistake, enrollment number writing Mistake, etc by management development of Gujarat university.
