This is sowmya from subhashNagar Area.Our Bharat Gas booking area comes under SreeRaksha Gas Agency.Hebbagodi Bangalore. we are unable to book gas since they donot pick up the phone atall for the whole day.We keep calling them the whole day they donot attend the call atall.We are very much exhausted.Please take action against the gas agency who are really not customer friendly.Please sir...

i am living at a.b.road Balsmud dist. barwani in m.p. .there are near about 200 cutomers of h.p. gas and near about 50 card holders are there but dealer sukhlal parmar do not supply refills here in balsmud and says that come to sendhwa which is 20 kms away from balsmud.my contact no. is [protected] please contact on this name of gas agency is AMARDIP GAS AGENCY

I have gas connection of H.P. Gas with Rupindera Gas Agency at DeraBassi, Distt. Mohali. Punjab.My consumer No. is 508424. I booked my gas on dt. 21/01/09. They promised the delivery on next day but, till date 24/1/09 we have not recieved the gas cyclinder. On enquiring the same from gas agency they told to deliver the gas on wednesday 28/1/09.

I had booked for a cylinder on January 2010. Its more than 2 months and have not yet received the cylinder. when the gas cylinder is over I've called to the agency on 22 february 2010 and reported for delivery Till date I made many calls to the agency and reminded them. Its of no use, when I made call on 16th march they asked me to wait one more week. But till now they didn't provided cylinder. please help for regular and good service.
