HP Gas — Late Delivery of Gas Refill

I had booked a refill with the distributor M/s Swatantar Gas Service, Ambala Cantt on 14.12.2009. But till today i.e. 11.01.2010 I have not received my refill cylinder. It is the usual practice of the distributor that he gives the memo by hand to the consumers which delays home delivery to already booked refill. When a call is made to employees of the distributor misbehaves with the consumer. Even after the interruption of owner, employees of the distributor are not ready to supply the refill. Please intervene in the matter. Also please inform me when I can get my next refill. A refill is supplied after 21 days of previous one. Already 28 days have passed. Your Distributor says your next refill will be booked after 21 days of supply of present refill. Hoping for an early reply

My mother is a consumer of HP Gas. She booked online for delivery of refill on 19th of Novemebr but the company did not delivered till now. Further a complaint about the same was also made on 6th of december but again no reply. [protected]@yahoo.com

I booked gas for home delivery on17.01.2011 but till today 15.02.2011 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. RESPECTED SIR,

I am facing DELAY in delivering problems from hp gas agencies . even after 21 days of booking, they have not send a gas cylinder and when i called them, they speak so rudely, it seems that we are in fault . They really don't know how to talk . Its a shame to HP COMPANY who give a agency to run to these kind of people .

I bookedgas for Home delivery on 5.8.2011 but still do day not deliver. Whenever I makecll to agency they says tomorrow must be delivered. I am sory to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is reguller happening with HP Sham GAs services at Thane
