Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking

I booked gas for home delivery on 02.08.08 but till today 20.08.08 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor code is 630360

i m hereby to complain tht i had booked gas in august n did nt recieve till mid september.wenever i called the representative he told me it'll be delievered soon.it is really sad to inform tht people r recieving cylinder easily thru black.i m fed up of the poor service n so there by notifying my complain to the petroleum minister and chairman thereby.i hope u look into the matter as soon as possible.
my gas agency is in moradabad as navjeevan gas by mr.vinod goel.my gas confirmation code is 8449
I booked gas for home delivery on 24.09.08 but till today 13.10.00 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered and says that we are getting less supply from HP company . he takes about one month for delivery on sylender . therefore i am getting one gas sylender after 55 days.I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor IS SEN GAS AGENCY NASIR KA FATAK GHAZIABAD. also I resitered complaint with hp new deldi on phone [protected]. her talking way is very rude.

I have booked HP Cylinder for refilling vide Booking No. 156 dtd 07.12.2010, Consumer no. 625219 with Garg Gas Agency, Kanpur. Agency says we should pay Rs 50/- towards urgent delivery charges by Auto. See we have been following this gentleman since more than 20 days and there is no question arise for urgent delivery.
1.Please confirm HP has started any such scheme of Rs 50/- towards urgent delivery ??
2. We have been facing this problem for delivery at kanpur with your authorised Garg Gas Agency, Does HP appoint such agency who don;t have delivery service facility.
Please expedite the matter ASAP.

sir, i booked for refill on[protected] bur so far not recived the refill . I recived the gass on[protected] as to day[protected] already passed 38 days why delay like it is un talreable kindly advise the supplier to send in time my consumer no is 615158 of karnataka chikmagalore
