[Resolved]  Haier — delivered damaged fridge

I bought a Haier fridge from Reliance Mart in Ahmedabad, and it was delivered to me without box packing, without warranty card, and without user manual. Moreover, it was in a damaged condition, with one front leg broken, so the fridge cannot stand on its own and I had to put a packing of cardboard and paper to keep the fridge upright.

I have paid full retail price, and yet I was duped into buying a fridge which I cannot even be sure is new, because it does not have any of the items that a new fridge has!!

The salesman Mr. Jignesh Patel was very sweet when he wanted to sell, but after making payment he became completely uncooperative.

Will never buy anything from Reliance Mart, or of Haier again.
