Dear Sir, I HV PURCHASED A NEW REFRIGERATOR FROM BETTERDEALS, B-367/67, JANAK PURI, NEW DELHI-110058. WE HV GOT A NEW REFRIGERATOR OF COMPANY HAIER ON 03.11.2007. WE HV COMPLINT MANY TIMES BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM TECHNISIONS OR FROM THE CAMPANY THE LAST 5DAYS WE ARE COMPLAITING REGULARLY BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY. SO, WE HOPE THAT YOU WILL HELP US. I am sending this message from chennai, i purchased a fridge on 01.01.2009 from Adyar Vivek shop,
The door is not align in the fridge properly, we called the service center in Adyar, Chennai they came and checked the fridge, but we are not satisfied with their services, we are your customer we will not lie to you, sevice people from chennai and vivek shop are saying they will come take a photograph of the fridge and send it to delhi, i am sorry to tell you this we are satisfied with your service and the freidge we got . one more thing we want to tell you air is leaking from the door beading.
We request to give us a new piece as soon as possible if this is the case of service you people giving in chennai within 20 days of purchase of fridge, just imagine if we have any major problemes comes after a year are so how your sevice will be.
Hope you will reply atleast for this e-mail as soon as possibel.

dear sir,i have purchased a new refrigrator from MAHARASHTRA ELECTRONICS, tilak rd pune .
the fridge was sent to me untested and is not functioning
the dealer is not attending the complaint . i want the company to solve my grievance
