Haier Refrigerator — high frosting in whole of freezer

An haier 2 door fridge was bought from croma and its not even 6 months that the freezer area have starting getting frosted and froste is so much that the door cant even be closed.inspite of making millions of complaints the seller and company are least bothered bout it.And i am really looking forward to sue them.
Looking forward for the support from the consumer court.
