[Resolved]  Haier Refrigerator HRF - 241 HP — Haier Refrigerator HRF-241 HP - Door Dent and not locking

Hi

My Name is Ginu Mundakkal, i purchased Haier Refrigerator and washing machine from CROMA in Bangalore on Feb 2008,the day when the product was delivered there was dent and crack in the refrigerator door and the they replaced the door after 4 month after repeated follow-up and calls..now the new door dont match with the refrigerator,i have been following up with the company on the same since then there is no revert and help from the companies end...i tried reaching the delhi office no responce there also....The company provide very poor after sales service and its been one and half year iam fighting for the same.Now they come up saying the product which i got have been upgraded and if i require they can replace refrigerator if i give the difference amount of Rs.6000/- for the same tech specification machine....my only question is why sholud the consumer penalised for poor quality of product...every time i call the customer service there is no responce and they give me a new complaint no: and say they will call me back but there is no call back...

I was in thouch os Mr.Venkat ([protected])who is the customer service manager for Karnataka and Goa...he claims he will replace the machine,if i pay Rs.6000/-

I would suggest not to take any product from haier since both my product had manufacturing problems..

Pls help if possiable....
