My experiance with M/s. Hathway is more worst. As I wanted broadband for my friend in Matunga C. R. we submitted a cheuqe / documents to Hathway S. Representative. He assured us the line will be commissioned within 4-5 working days. on 16th when I called up I was told that line will be commissioned by Thursady, as my friend was expected by Friday this was ok with us. On Thursday I tried to checkup by what time hathway person is visiting my frinds house as her parents are alone at home. I was told there is slight problem and line will be commissioned by 22nd I was shocked as I already committed my friend . I communicated back with her and decided to ahead with hathway. on 20th to confirm the line will be commissioned by 22nd. That time Ms. Mrinal told me that line will be commssioned by 30th . It seems they were not interested in business and playing with customer. Can somebody let me know how we can escalate this to Consumer court.

dear sir my monthly plan is 256kbps blast regular. I want to change my plan in speed of 512kbps blst regular unlimited

This mail is to inform you that I have been having network issues with my internet connection since past many month and it keeps on happening repeatedly. Each and every time when I complain they provide me with a complain number and inform me that an engineer will come and fix my problem the very next day, but it has never happened till now and I still have to face the issue every alternate day. I am extremely disappointed with your service and if i don't find a permanent solution to my issue i would like to discontinue with your company's internet service.

So I hope you understand my problem and take action accordingly and provide me with an appropriate solution.

Since I already mentioned my grievances above, and this is not the first time I am complaining regarding all these matters. In past one month I have at-least called the service center 25 times and I have never received a single positive response from your behalf. I have suffered tremendous loss because of the service provided by you. Now even after facing many problems do you think that I should continue with your connection? Every week some technical work is going on that's the response I get from the center but the amount of work you people do is never reflected on my network connection. So i would like you to give me a final solution to my problem and if you cant provide me with one then please let me know so that I would understand that I should continue with your service or not in near future.

Hathway — can't find a worse service than hathway
hi am a customer from choolaimedu in chennaii gave my box for service .its been nearly a month or more still i never got it back i contacted hathway people many times. Everytime they say that they ll give it the next day but never turned back .when i spoke to a hathway person last he gave lame reason that they had only 1 service engg and he too is fallen sick, this is worse then a response from a kindergarten kid i wanted to contact the higher official but never got any mail address in their site i dont where customers would raise there complaint when you cant contact them.this is a worse service in both, the product service and customer care .
