Customer support is pathetic. They disable accounts on their wish and will. The person handling my account.
Mr. Aziz uses Indecent and obscene words and claims that hathway is not free to call their customers to inform that they are disconnecting accounts.
And on complaining they provide suggestion to get disconnect with Hathway Broadband connection than complaining so much.On Asking how you can talk with your customer in this way.
Mr. Aziz replies that he is not answerable to customer and he is only answerable to his boss.
I hereby inform that I am getting disconnected. All the guys reading these pls pls pls dont n never opt. for Hathway Broadband Internet connectivity. Was this information helpful? |
it is very sorry to inform you that your surat office is the worstiest in the world as i am experincing sience last2 months as
(1) your office is exposing only one no. to contact i.e.6696100, which is allways busy
(2) the incharge of the officev mr.viraj gandhi is the most useless fellow he never attends his mob.no.[protected] to help the coustemer
(3)in a week the services awailable for hardly 3-4 days
(4) whenever the services resumes rhey never report to the customer
(5) at any breakdown the attendent of[protected] replies that the services will resume in 2-3 days & never assures for it's recurence of fault
i can't understand why you are cheating with the coustemers it would be better to shutdown your surat office & go to hell
