Hathway Broadband, Mumbai — Wrong billing - even post cancellation | |||
We disconnected our broad band connection, returned their modem about three months back. Yet Hathway keeps sending the bill with arrears. Last month I personally visited and jaded them reverse the debit, but was surprised to see a new bill arriving today! This is causing unnecessary mental torture for me and I would like them to compensate me for this hardship. Was this information helpful? | |||
