Hathway — Cheating With Customer | |
Last week i have taken Broadband Connection from Hathway under 512 Blast Regular Plan and i have been informed by corresponding Executive that Your Free Download time is From 11.00 PM to 9.00 AM. And i was following as per that plan only. Moreover, i have advance paid Amount for that plan through Check. But after 10 days i got informed that i have been misguided by Executive and downloading Time is from 12.00 PM to 7.00 AM only. Even when i'm trying to dial that executive, he's not lifting the call even. His No is : [protected]. Now, i have to change my plan as i was totally misguided by Hathway Executive only. I have made customer complaints 5-7 times for that and everyone taking excuse. Was this information helpful? | |

My A/c No.:108174
Non Receipt of Refund of Rs.1000/-
My a/c has already expired on 23/03/2009. They did not bother to reply of my mail. After going through so many people working with them in the office heard everything and directed me to return the Modem supplied by them while getting new connection. So i returned that Modem on 02.06.2009 to one of their office and got the signature for receiving the same. As of today they have not refunded my deposit.
Never get or advise to get connection by HATHWAY.
