[Resolved] Hathway — Refund | |
On 8th March’10 -- I made a payment to start my Internet connection but they were not successful in doing so because of their personal limitation. On 15th March’10 they informed me that the amount would be refunded. But it is a 5day process, as a result they would be able to handover the money to me on 22nd March’10 From past 2 days I have been calling them to check the status on refund. But the response what I get is we have send a person to get your money from their HO, once he gets it we will refund it. It clearly shows that these guys are trying to take away my money.
