[Resolved] Hathway — Cable Not Working for the last 3 days | |||
Hi, Cable Network: Hathway City: Mumbai Complaint No: Sapna P455 The cable has not been working for the last 3-4 days. 1. First day we had to call 10 times and we were asked to do 10,000 things such as power off and power on, check cables, etc...It didn’t help. 2. So we called again in the evening and were told that the office is closed now, so they cannot do anything. 3. So we called the next day but were told that our complaint was not even registered. The complaint was subsequently registered & we were assured of prompt service. (TIME: 8:30AM). 4. We called again the same day, we were told the technician will come & were asked not to disturb them as they will call. 5. Still there was no action taken and so we called again the next day and were told we will set up a reminder. Still no response from their side. 6. Again we called in the evening and were told the same story. 7. We called again the next afternoon and we were again asked to switch off the device & switch it on. In all of these communications the amazing part is they never bothered to call back even once in 4 days. We had to do all the running around. The worst customer service experience of my life... This is a complaint regarding the television cable connection, past four days I am facing inconvience as my cable is not working and I have called up the Sai star cable operator office but there is no appropriate repose from their end And I feel they are neglecting my complaints, my compliant no. Has been given, they said that the technician will be coming but your technician has not showed up since 4days, and I am certain that it does not take 4 days time for him to arrive ! I just want to let you know that I am disappointed with this service of Kandivali branch .

Please do the needful as soon as possible .
