[Resolved]  Hathway — Not receiving signals

sir,

The cable TV (settop box) is not receiving signals for more than 2 weeks. Made number of telephone calls to hathway local office ,CV Raman Nagar, Bangalore , to change my settop Box.

Please note that I have paid 6 months rent in advance and want the amount refunded ,in case if settop box is not replaced . Awaiting a suitable reply,
