Same Here, i have disconnected the internet connection in november 27th 2009 and till to date, i am still getting bills. They are also adding some non -payment charges and later charges and sending bills . is there a way of me to move to consumer court or forum to resolve this issue. its just frustrating me every day.

I am having exactly the same experience in lower parel area. Have you managed to sort it out?

Hathway Internet — Sending bills even after service discontinued
This is to put on record that even after informing Hathway internet service provider through phone and e-mail about termination of service at the end of May 09 and even after surrendering the modem and adaptor to their executive, they are issuing fraudulent internet bills till last month(ie September 09).My account with Hathway when I was their customer is 432829.
