Hathway Internet, Mumbai — non shifting of internet connection to new address in spite of repeated complaints

i am a regular customer of this hathway internet.now i have shifted to a new address within my campus and had applied for shifting of the connection.but even after repeated complaints the work has not been done and all my complaints have fallen into deaf ears.plz look into the matter and do the needful.OLD ADDRESS-dr.chinmayee patra, , room no 706, new rmo quarters, nair hospital, mumbai central-400008
