Hathway — Very poor services and charging extra in advance | |||
Dear Sir, I've taken a connection on 26th of September 2011 paying Rs. 1050/- and the bill was supposed to be generated between 1st and 5th of every month for the usage made in the previous month. I've attached the screenshot here which Hathway wants me to pay the unused usage amount in advance. There are no notification of bill payment, bill generation, service outage, service recovery. Whenever I would be in need of the connection for my office use in some really critical issues, the service would have been down already.
