Respected Sir/Madam, I purchased HCL-ME laptop on[protected].As per the company scheme at that time they promised me to deliver REEBOK JACKET as gift .They told me that they will start dispatch of jackets to all the buyers of same laptop from[protected],evnthough i fulfilled all their formalities(Xerox copy of invoice,Warranty card and a reciept from laptop box)by 15th January 2011,then also i didn't recieved it after a span of another 15 days.When i talk to them regarding this matter,they told me that their is delay in sending gift because o[censored]navailable services of DTDC COURIER in the city ETAWAH (U.P).206001.They asked me to change the address,as per their request i changed my address for postal purpose,but after so many days their is no sign of any reply from their side..i have send so many mails even called lot many times,but still there is no reply...Kindly help me in this issue....I will highly be obliged to you.......... i am also having the same problem. the hcl people cheating every one to improve their sales. wats the solution foe this.can u help me.i also bought the laptop model 3861 on 31 dec 2009.still now i didnt get winter carnival gift. i got it 14th jan 2010. registered with serial number on 17th jan 2010. at they they told the gift will delivered in 30 working days.now they r saying u have to register between 31 dec 2009 to 3 jan 2010. how can i register with out serial number.they r cheating us...strict action must be taken on them.if there is any solution plz mail me.have a nice day...
HCL-ME Laptop — false commitment of gift with the purchase of HCL-ME laptop
i purchased a HCL-ME laptop having serial no. A101AE301528 in the october month'10 through online.they assured to provide me a gift hamper along this,but till this date i've not received any gift,however i've remind them manier times through email and through phone calls,but i am not getting any feedback from them.so plz provide me my scrartch card coupon gift.the bill of the laptop is name with jatinder dua. i have also purchased a HCL-ME laptop having serial no. 2111AE664199 4th Feb 2011 through online.They assured me that they will provide Kodak 12 MP camera (C143) gift hamper along this, but till this date i didn't get any gift, however when ever i have called their phone no, it show busy. I ahve also remind them many times through phone calls, but i am not getting any feedback from them. Also I have never seen this kind of worst service in my life.

HCL -- Laptop — False commitment of Gift
On purchase of HCL lapotop (Machine no : B094AX177380), on date 31st Dec 2009, company has promised to provide a free gift . After continously following the status of gift for two long months any information about the git is unavailable both at the company and the dealer end. Calls for query are not being responded. Several mails and reminders have been made. Original warrany card and original invoice has been called by the company and send by me on 22nd January 2010Please note that gift items are Nokia mobile phone and Yuvraj singh signed track suit.
