HDFC CREDIT CARD HAS RETURNED TO US.PLEASE CALL CUSTOMER CARE . I WANT TO KNOW THE REASON/ PROBLEM, AND ALSO WANT TO GET IT.

undelivered. the reason is unknown to me.so i request to send
it either to me or Siliguri branch of Hdfc Bank and inform me.

 I applied for a HDFC credit card and I received a text saying your card has been approved and your card number ending with XXX0000 has been dispatched through speed post Article NO #EX[protected]IN DT-23/12/2016. But after few days I received an email saying, Your HDFC Bank Credit Card has been returned by our courier as "undelivered.While applying for credit card I informed not to send it to the office address because, sometimes it does not get delivered.
So I marked an email requesting to post it to my present address. And next day I received an email saying that I need to post a duly signed letter to the bank Cards Division. I work in a BPO and I do a night shift, it is not possible for me because of my shift timing.
So I request to please post it to my present address that is:
House No.215, Third Floor, Room No.306,
Street No.7B, Mahipalpur Ext. New Delhi 110037.

But after two days, Your HDFC Bank Credit Card has been returned by our courier as "undelivered.While applying for credit card I informed not to send it to the office address because, sometimes it does not get delivered.
So I marked an email requesting to post it to my present address. And next day I receive to the bank Cards Division. I work in and I do a night shift, it is not possible for me because of my shift timing. blue dart not response sir seem address

I had received the following message : Dear HDFC Bank Card member, your Credit Card has been dispatched to your registered address thru post vide awbno EX[protected]IN on DT-05/02/2018. Now generate your Credit Card PIN instantly by calling [protected] from your Registered Mobile Number.

Following which I even received the pin through SMS but I still haven't received the card nor any call from the courier company. I do not want my card falling into the wrong hands. Please send the card to my nearest HDFC bank (Either Bidadi or Bangalore Electronic City) and I would be willing to go through the hassle of collecting it for peace of mind.

Expected better customer service . Disappointed by this lack of service.

I am T. Gouri Snakara Rao and I applied HDFC Bank Credit Card. It was dispatched on 18th May 2018 from Chennai location through Speed Post. As per tracking report, it was reached my area post office 4 days back and lying there, due to postal department strike.
