[Resolved] HDFC Bank Bank Loan — Illegal sale of secured asset | |||
Sir, I have availed loan facility for commercial vehicle by HDFC bank. Due to business slump there was little late of payment but i was paying continously to bank. Bank take possession of my vehicle and sold them without any notice to me and without any due procedure.Manager Mr. Naresh Yadav grabed a lot of money with collusion of purchase and his legal advisor Mr. Mohinder Sharma and 2nd Manager Mr. Parshant Chokker.
