[Resolved] HDFC Bank — No Due certificate | |||
Dear Sir, I used HDFC credit card [protected] from 2005 to 2006 Jan.in the month of jan 2006, i didint receive statement so i could not pay the balane amount. When i called by HDFC agents for collecting the outstanding and the payment which was very mach heigher than my uses. So requested to have settlement and than the amount of settlement was worked out Rs. 56000 on six installment than i arranged 6nos post dated cheques. but they didint utilize on time. they demanded more amount 3000 to clearup i paid but still they have not provide me the no due certificate and my name is appearing in cibil report. Dear sirwe had taken Rs 180000/- loan for purchasing a maruti omni van in 2004 .
we had paid all EMI cheques of Rs 4550/- each .company also send us
no dues lettars .
our loan agreement no 752230.
van registration name - sanjay saxena
van no - U P 34 F 7340
hdfc auto loan office lucknow is not releasing van .he is saying that our van
is in the name of k k enterprises on bank record & regisreration is in the name of sanjay saxena .
we want to ask you if our van is registered sanjay saxena s name then how this
loan is passed by you.
so please take necessary action on this matter & relesse our van within 15 days TO AVOID LEGAL ACTION
