Subject: What is reason for not clearing my cheque?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was deposit my cheque ATM drop box on 9-dec-2008 at Preetvihar, New Delhi.
I was check my account on 15-Dec-08, but amount not reflects in my account. Then I went to Preetvihar branch office, New Delhi-92.

The banker Mr. Mannu Kumar said to me your cheque was returned by courier on your mailing address.
I was waiting for courier since 19-dec-08, but courier mail not found. Then I went to branch, and received courier contact no.
And I asked to Mr. Mannu Kumar what reason to return my cheque, he reply me I could not give your appropriate reason why your cheque return because no reason mention with cheque.

Then after I was going to contact courier office. I called 50-60 time then he was return my cheque on Saturday (20-Dec-08) night.
I went to Preetvihar branch on Monday, asked to Mannu Kumar what reason to return my cheque. He does not say any reason.

Therefore I want to know about the reason of my cheque not clear.
If you have no reason the give me compensation my harassment.
During this period I have taken leave to my office approx 3 days.
So I have lose money and time.

Therefore I want to compensation as follow:
3 Days Salary : 1800
Call charge : 100 approx.
Traveling Charge : 200 approx.
Mental and Physical Harassment Charge :40000
Total : 42100.00

I was complain on customer care on 15-Dec-08.

Please write my complain :
What reason to not clearing my cheque.
