You need to call or go to your bank for them to cancel the debit card and issue you a new one.

Your bank is not going to be looking in this website, nor would they respond even if they did.
With due respect, I jot down my worst ever experience with your banking system.
My concern is with the issue of the money that was scrapped from my ATM and Debit card, which I apparently lost it on the 12 th of the February 2009 in the wee hours of midnight. I have raised this concern, time and again, to the respective branch manager and his associate, having met the necessary procedures which I was asked to follow. Besides,
I have submitted all the required documents. The one common answer which the Branch Manager and his associates have given me is that there was a mismatch of information for about three times. Now I Seriously do not understand how can I be wrong in giving the wrong information thrice when I followed exactly that was conveyed to me by your associates .when I brought this issue back to their notice. I get vague answer like, its my sheer luck which can get me back my money. I hope the term Insurance is not oriented to Insurer luck by any means.
Please understand that I have invested about Three months of time
If there is any value that you can bring in to your services towards a totally dejected client like me, would only be by addressing this issue as soon as possible
I apologize if I sounded rude but I am really pained with whole experience .Hoping to get Positive Response from you
