[Resolved] HDFC Bank — PROVIDENT FUND NOT RECEIVED | |
Dear Sir, I am working with HDFC BANK LTD as a TEAM MANAGER at nainital branch(branch code 0810) & my EMP CODE was CVO7730 .I resigned from the above mentioned position in the month of june 2008, but after several reminders i have not yet received my Provident Fund till date i.e. 21/05/2009. I send mail to Mr. Nelson Dias, Mr. Sazeb Khan regarding the subject but sorry to say that i have not even received any mail from there side. I had resigned HDFC Bank Ltd. 19 nov. 2010. Total tenure of service 7 month. Now i want to withdrawl my pf amount.
I was send the pf withdrawal form but somehow it return back due office shifted to other
place.
Now i want to knw the new correspondence address of PF office.
