[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Need MER EMI Transaction Details

Dear Customer support Team

I am Prashanth kumar Sirna My Credit Card No is "[protected]"
From this card Every month Rs: 280/- has been debited towards as follows since May2008 onwards
(Almost all 1year)
When I talk to customer people regarding same they told that it is debiting towards
ICICI Lombard Insurance Company
If I ask same to the ICICI Customer Support Team they were saying that we are not receiving any payment against this card, I showed stmt also but they are telling that they not received any payment from this card. They were asking at least merchant details to whom you paid. You can see the mail which I got from ICICI Support team

The files which you are sended is already with me. But actually they need the amount shows debited towards ICICI Lombard to proceed further.
But in HDFC Credit card statement now where your mentioned ICICI Lombard name.

Please refer the below mail and provide the proper guidence.

I raised a complaint regarding details of the Merchant you can see following complain No also

And see attachments also

I drop a written Complain in drop box also.

Lastly I am requesting Merchant Full Details to whose account amount is debited as early as possible.
Then I will fight for the same with ICICI Lombard Department
If not I will move to the consumer court
