I have discussed with the HDFC Credit card department that Pls process my FNF and i am ready to pay all the amount because i do not want to continue my card i already face so many worng commitment and problems from ur side & as per the company FNF letter i deposited all amount but they put my name in CIBIL as a defaulter.They give me the NOC letter also so why my name is showing in CIBIL Was this information helpful? | |

when the bank executive give the information about my city card then he told me more than 5000 of purchase automatic converted into emi benifit . but this is not happning.And i also request for the e-mail statement. which was not getting as yet.

I am regular customer of HDFC Credit card, on 29 09 08 i was book SONY Digital (Order Number[protected] camera with free pearl set. as per the commitment of company i have to received the product within 14 days but not received yet. when i was call on toll free number so many times they are saying, they relised the product on 20th october and courier number is [protected] in RMS Courier Pvt. Ltd. when i cross check with the courier company they r saying we dont have any entry of this number. when i trying to contact with call center again then they are again giveing some of falls commitment with bad language. really this is not good to deal with the customer. i have a faith on HDFC that's i deal with company. and i book camera for diwali vacation. this is something really bad which i never expect from HDFC bank creadit card division. IF YOU ARE THINKING I AM LYING THEN PLEASE FIRST CHECK ALL CALL DETAIL DELIVERY ORDER NUMBER AND DATE AND THEN BELIEVE ON ME.
If i will not get my camera Tomorrow then plz cancel my order n i will not pay a single rupee.
Hopefully you will consider my request.
