[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — poor signature verification

Dear sir/ madam

Iam holding my savings account in HDFC Bank, vellaiyanchettiyar branch, (A/C no:[protected]), i dropped my hdfc cheque for rs.5110 towards citibank payment, my cheque has been bounced due to signature differs as per hdfc clearing department report.

I got my cheque and verified with the branch, there is no mismatching.

Due to this issue i got mentally disturbed and arranged alernate funds for citibank payment, for this month also it repeat the same and this month my 2 cheques has been bounced due to signature difference.

I never faced this sort of problem till this time, only HDFC bank created this issue.

I dont know how to teach hdfc bank to avoid this type of problems for other customers.
