[Resolved] HDFC Bank — my name still in CIBIL Defaulter list despite payment of total amount- HDFC Bank | |||
I have been a customer of HDFC bank and HDFC credit for some years. Few months ago there was some miscommunication of change of address and HDFC had named me as a defaulter. Despite me clearing off all the dues the bank is still showing me as a defaulter and have not removed my name from the list bringing down my CIBIL CIR score. request you to please look in to matter and remove my name from the defaulters list as i have already paid all the dues.
