[Resolved]  HDFC Bank ERGO Family Health Plan — Claim never responded

Hi,
I am writing with reference to my Request no : 433217 with my Claim id no-30921 of HDFC ERGO Family Health Plan. I now feel I made a big mistake in investing in this plan. I submitted all the original bills and documents for my Mothers illness and I was not getting any responses. So, I approached them through calls and mails many times, Finally they responded and they asked for new docs. Again, After continuous followup up of mine.. one fine day, they said, some other documents were needed. and for the third time also, it happened the same. for which the hospital refused to give.. as they had given it 3 times and the hospital managements concern would be that the doctor would not be that free to give one one thing at one time. Even then, I managed to submit everything original, Finally after doing all this, No response. Now they are silent. After 4 months when I got someone to respond they asked again new docs.Neither they send back the original docs to us. nor they give the money. once sent for claim here.. your money and bills, everything is lost.
The thing is once u invest here, We will need to leave all our jobs and roam around them. But, They will not do anything. They are eating peoples money based on the weaknesses. But, when actual need comes, they are not with us. I suggest please do not put your money in this. Because, At a point they will make you feel , its better leaving than, roaming around them for our money at a point.It has a very stupid customer care and also no person whom you talk to will take the responsibility. Its mere waste of time,money,energy,hope and emotions.

HDFC — Never Responds

I called customer service twice for applying credit card. Both the times, they said one of their executive will call me. But they never did.

I called one of my executive personally to my place and submitted all the docs for credit card. He said one of their staff will call me for verification within 3 days and card will be dispatched in 15 days.

I waited for almost a month. Then when i called them, they said they never received my documents.

And then i called them up for installing Debit Card machine at my store, they said same as one of their executive will call me. But they never did.


HDFC IS INACTIVE.
Sub. I didn’t get my salary on my hdfc salary account which opens at before 3 months.

This type of mistake done from hdfc bank end. So please resolve this matter. Ihope that you may help me
