Complaint Reason
:- After my DMAT Account I had applied for On-line Mutual Fund around 6 months back in October month, from bank itself by filling the form manually & bank ensured me that it be active with in 2 weeks.Then after my regular follow ups for around 1 month they didn't update any status for that.In December starting I requested them to check the form again then they find that form was lying with them because it was returned back as Bank forget to put round stamp on it which shows the irresponsibilty by them.Then Mr Gaurav again send the form for registration & gave me his number.He told me that he will mail me or call me for any update or I can also call him.But he never make a call & not even received my calls.I visited them regularly but with no response from bank.
Then I told to Branch Manager Mr Akhil about my case, he told me to apply again & fill the form with this he told me that they will treat this as special case and will try to get it registered with in a week.
This was in January end I suppose.From then onwards I am regularly following up with them but they are not giving any update.When ever I go to Mr Gaurav he use to give me just one answer that he will update me this time.The most irritating thing is he never receives call & didn't even call me or mail me to update.Same is the response from Branch Manager, he says okay I will talk to Gaurav later on.But never take any action.I had visited more than 50 times but I never get any response.

Can you please take immediate action over this by logging my complaint against them?
And I want to cancel my DMAT also with all my deductions back which were taken to open the DMAT account.
This kind of response from so renowned bank is really unexpected.
I need the answer from them that how will they feel if they would have have been in my place.

i Ram Bilas Gupta a joint Ac holder in your bank with my father Sh. Khazan Singh in Branch at Azad pur, Punchwati. Our AC no is [protected].
My father wanted to withdraw some amount from the FDR maturted on 27.04.2010 where rate of interest was 7.25% Mr. Sandeep Mann Posted in this branch he gave that amount from the FDr which is going to be maturted after 4 months awhich is @ 10.5%.
Moreover he misbehaved with my father like any thing and gave the advice to close the ac from this bank and go some where else.
Kindly take the necessary action in this regard under intemataion to me.
