HDFC Bank — HDFC System and inside Bank

My Name is Sanjeev Kumar having salary account in HDFC Bank([protected]).Recently i tried withdraw money from maharastra bank ATM due to personal urgency, My debt card gone inside that ATM. When i contact to maharastra bank manager "she said i'm sorry we dodn't some security reason it happen please contact your home branch". I went to my home branch asked concern person he said we dodn't the reason please apply new card.I'm very panic that time, becuase i can't apply new card my address has to be change. Till the time i visted JNTU HDFC bank for witdraw cash, I shocked to withdraw one its take time 45 mins- 1 hour. There only two counter no system too much croud. even Weekdays also same croud, Really i cryied that time getting late to office when ever visit bank.

When i compare HDFC bank with ICICI Bank. Too wrost and improve lot problems, ICICI Bank 100 times best best best best .

My Company holding an USD account in Mumbai. For Foreign Tour business several places in india we depositing USD to this account according to follow all usal procedures. Company holding a Current account in Calicut near by Baby memmorial Hospital, But they refuse the collect USD. They drag two days for this advice and addressing to Mananchira branch. Today my staff approach to them they also rejected and suggested "it is the responsability of your service bank". Yesterday I tried to meet Mr. Vipin -Branch manager but out of place. Today also call his land number and cell no.[protected] but disappointed.

NOW THREE DAYS WE WAIT FOR DEPOSITING USD. We think compared to other new generation banks, HDFC is keeps good service to customer. but in minimum level your Calicut branches loose this reputation.
Today is April 18... 40 days is not sufficeient for replaining a mail compalint?
Yes.. I Now I now the matter... Its not in the problem of leaf end the real problem is root level... Everybody is answering... if it is Private or Government.
All believes HDFC is new generation bank. But I registread one complaint to their official grevence cell- nobody is answering...after two months
