[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — No response

since last 2 days i am trying to register my net banking...but i am not able to receive my auto generated password on my mobile.
i have already complained to HDFC support forum but no response. i have also visited karad branch but no one knows and interested to solve this problem,

I had requsted HDFC credit card before 2 months.
Still I haven' got it
When I contact the respnsible agent name Padmashil (Pune) each time he says that there is srver prblem.
Finally I told him that I don't need that card and I will complain about their servic.
I have purchased a Credit Card from HDFC bank last year & i have lost it. I did immediately call customer care to block my card as i have lost it . At the end of the month when i received the monthly statement which was showing that still my card is active & high amount have been swiped from the card. Even after several reminders there was no response from Customer care, after 2 months they started harrasing me for payment not done, i did explain several time about the incident happen but they keep on harrasing me, they started sending people at my home & made them standing till midnight & started scaring me.

Finally i had word with Mr. Nikhil from HDFC who asked me to settle the account & i have agreed as being a female i was not in a condition to tolerate the harassments. he has asked me to pay 20 thousand on installment basis, which i have paid generically to avoid further harressment but now even i after paying the complete settlement amount they are not ready to give settlement Letter, neither they are answering my call ; i'm calling Nikhil but he transfers his call to some other person or dont bother to even response.

They have uploaded my name in defaulter list which is again i am suffering from several problems due to that.

Its my kind request to consumer court pls look into my matter & give me the justice...

HDFC Bank — Service-Response

Hi!

I have my salary account in HDFC bank , somaji guda.and m y account number is [protected].

As my Debit card got bolcked , i went to nearest branch ( Srinagar colony branch ) and request them to provide me form to submit the request.

I have also asked them to with draw a check of 2000/- .

They have also rejected to take the request for third party tranfer which they claim as can be done on any branch!

Despite of all these the staff over there give irresponsible answer

I kindly request to take some action against them inorder to avoid such inconveniences infuture to me or any one.

HDFC Bank — No Reply

I went to "North Veli Street" HDFC bank branch for opening a salary account for my private limited company in same "North Veli Street". They asked all details like, company size, average salary & etc. They adviced to open a current account in their branch first.

They said, Ok I will send my representative to your office & he will deal all the procedures to start the current account & start salary account.

Almost 1 month passed. No one contacted me yet. What is wrong with them actually? Not interested to get a new customer?

If you are a HDFC official then dial madural north veli street branch & ask "Did anyone came for opening a salary account last month? in June?".

I gave my business card to them. I hope it is still in his desk.
i applied for credit card on 10th feb.but till today no call from u r side, so pl inform me when i will get it. thank u

I am unable to do the online transaction giving me an error attached below.

You Were Trying To Use hdfcvbvpg Payment Gateway And The Transaction CouldNot Proceed Due To GV00004-PARes.

We regret that the payment for the transaction under reference no. [protected] was not authorised by your bankers and hence we are not in a position to process the booking.
I applied for HDFC credit card online before a month, after submitting the form i my status changed to "Your application is under process. We will update you within 1 working day" but still now i didn't get any calls or mails from them. I wrote to their customer care but no response. If i'm not eligible then atleast they will inform it to me. i attached my application status image.
