SIR AT THE TIME OF MAKING INVESTMENT I HAVE PROVIDE THE DETAILD OF SAVING BANK ACCOUNT OF BANK OF BARODA, RISHIKESH BRANCH. ON TRANSFER OF MY HUSBAND TO J&K, THIS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED AND BANK PASS BOOK ALONG WITH CHEQUE BOOK HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE BANK. NOW I HAVE MADE ONLINE APPLICATION FOR CHANGE IN BANK DETAILS MANY TIMES. BUT EVERY TIME THEY REGRET DUE TO INSUFFICIENT DOCUMENTS AND ASKING THE "Old bank proof (Cancelled Cheque with printed name or Bank pass book)� as these have been submitted at the time of closing of above said account HOW CAN I PROVIDE THE SAME INSTEAD OF THESE I HAVE PROVIDE THE LETTER ISSUED BY BANK FOR CLOSURE OF THAT ACCOUNT. FURTHER, I PERSONALLY MEET THE OFFICER AT HDFC Asset Management Company Ltd.D-2, Ist Floor,Raj Nagar Distt. Centre,Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad AND I HAVE PROVIDE THE DULY SIGNED WITH BANK SEAL ORIGINAL LETTER ISSUED BY THE BANK ( BANK OF BARODA, RISHIKESH BRANCH) FOR CERTIFYING THAT ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED AND ALSO PROVIDE THE STATEMENT OF SAVING BANK ACCOUNT OF HDFC BANK, RISHIKESH BRANCH WHICH IS ALSO DULY ATTESTED BY THE BANK, FOR REPLACE WITH SAVING ACCOUNT OF BOB (WHICH WAS CLOSED). BUT AGAIN THEY REGRET THE SAME ON SAME GROUND. IN THIS CONNECTION I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HOW I CAN GET BACK MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NO CONNECTION WITH RISHIKESH AND PRESENTLY RESIDE WITH MY HUSBAND AT URI, DISTT. BARAMULLA, J&K.
