More than two months have passed when I submitted my request in Jhansi branch of HDFC Bank to send my quarterly account statement to my e.mail id. as I have not received my quarterly account statement for the last three years . You should be ashamed that inspite of my request in your Allahabad branch and Meerut branch I have not been able to receive the same . It reflects your indifferent attitude towards services which are provided as a matter of obligation. If you are actually a true banker you should assess/ review what is the shortcomings which are in your system and should make efforts to set these in right order as in Utter Pradesh your staff's attitude is not customer friendly as I have seen in your Patiala branch where staff were more co-operative and problem solver . Therefore, I request you to send quartely e. statement of my account as I am not sure that if I make visit to your branch and again submit request to send e. statement they will be oblige me .

am fade up of your services. Day by day they are getting worst. Everyday new problems are occuring. My a/c is salary a/c where in i can keep zero balnace while I am getting the messages that your a/c balance is low it should be minimum 5000. My salary is regularly credited my a/c, then why I am receiving such messages? For this information I called on customer care number, the customer care executives do not give proper infomation always they say we dont have thisinfo or they say we will call you later for this info but I never receive any call from them. When I said I will complain about all this they guys proudly say that, my name is this you can complain. Such rude behaviour will not be taken by us. We are not getting proper information plus the customer care executive are so rude and we dont feel like calling there. If am I not get proper information of my a/c and net banking service status, I will close my a/c and will post my all the complains in news papers.In my company there are around 40-50 a/c in hdfc but due to your poor services we are planning to change our bank.
Net Banking — unnecessary message to my mobile
sir, i dont hav any dealing with ur bank.but someone has given my mobile number to ur bank it seems. i have got the message in my mobile for every transaction of that particular customer. recently i have got the message from ur bank like below:an amount of rs:3,990.00 has been debited from ur account number xxxx0351 for NEFT txn done using HDFC bank...
this came on 10th sep.time 7:17....
i dont want this unnecessary messages from ur bank hereafter.
