[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Cheating with me | |||
Unauthorized money deducted from my Gold Credit Card. Contact person Sreya who was contacting me from this number [protected] is now playing with me and not receiving my call. When I am calling to her to know the status her colleagues are receiving and joking with me and saying that she died, she left the job etc. When she called me to give me a credit card on behalf of my auto loan she said that it would having balance of 1 lakh, but when I received it was Rs 50000. I have only made a purchase of fuel worth Rs 2000 on 1/1/2012. And now my balance is Rs. 39068. When I talked to her she told the rest amount has been deducted for some policy and some extra charges which I am not aware of. So please take action against this or else take ur credit card back with the amount that I have been purchased from it. Previously I have already mailed to Grievance.[protected]@hdfcbank.com and [protected]@hdfcbank.com. Till now no respond. Again I have mailed now with my card details. Please close this chapter asap. It's been I month+ I have taken my car loan and I didn't received any loan documents of it, also didn't received my credit card pin number which supposed to be dispatch between 10 days but see that Sreya (HDFC bank executive) activated some stupid policy and dispatched to me in 2 days. However I didn't received that policy documents and sent it back.
Let me ask in which service you people are fast?
