Two Wheeler Loan — customer services not responding properly

Hi,
I m trying to getting touch with your customer service dept.i need help from them but nobody is guiding me properly.i want to foreclose my loan but every person is telling we are not correct person to help u.

Pls help me.

I am kanhaiya kumar. I have purchased a new bajaj pulsar 150 cc from Ambe Bajaj M.B. Road New Delhi with Loan Agreement no. 13852688. Till the date i have not received any kind of paper or agreement or final paper from hdfc bank regarding my loan. My queries are:
1. What is my rate of interest?
2. How much amount as EMI i have to pay to the bank?
3. From which month my EMI will start? And Many more.
Kindly send me details of my load at the earliest possible whether by post or by email.

I am shanmugasundaram. Past 4years i am a customer of HDFC. Recently i was purchased Honda shine bike through two wheeler loan. My bike was delivered by HDFC. After 3 weeks i came to know they was not handover the service book and toolkit. So i approached my vendor directly. They showed one record booked which is signed for all the materials. But my signature is different and i have not signed in any notebook as they showed to me. I don't know who made this mistake. i have escalated to HDFC staff who guided for this loan. Now he also not answers for my calls.
I am not able to give bike for service and now I am suspecting whether they delivered my bike with original spare parts. Kindly help me on this as soon as possible.

I am a suzuki dealer of patiala. i have done a case with the hdfc leela bhawan branch in which there sales manager Mr.arun chopra has given the scheme to the customer and when i had received the payment from hdfc it was Rs.1470 short. when i talk with thier manager he said he will reimburse that amt and it is in process but till now i have still not received any response from there side. plz help me out.

I have purchased Hero Honda Splender+ in Dec'2005 from Hero Honda Show room, Uppal, R.R Dist., Hyderabad on the hypothication of HDFC Bank Ltd., and the loan has been cleared in the stipulated time without any
problem.
Still I did not get my NOC from the bank
i have reminded so many times.

This is regarding my NOC of bike no given above.The loan was finished in the year feb 2006 from centurin bank, but i havn, t recieved the NOC yet.Though i requested and complaint regarding the same so many times but no buddy listerning me and responding me. I am talking to the customer care executive(Mr Gaurav and miss Divya) so many times but they have provide me a request no and a answer that we are definitely call you within 24-48 hours but i am gettting nothing instead of false customer care promises.
