This is regarding my NOC of scooter no given above.The loan was finished in the year feb 2006 from centurin bank, but i havn, t recieved the NOC yet.Though i requested and complaint regarding the same so many times but no buddy listerning me and responding me. I am talking to the customer care executive.so many times but they have provide me a request no and a answer that we are definitely call you within 24-48 hours but i am gettting nothing instead of false customer care promises.
i am now sending you this mail to resolve this and provide me the NOC.

This is my loan agreement no 15768631.i apply 2wheeler loan in HDFC bank in tirunelveli Sep last.am not pay incitial amt to show room to get a bike (Vijay Automobiles Tirunelveli) in the time i spend the money to my personal exp so am not taking bike meanwhile ur exe told me ur loan amt was paid in show room so u must take a bike, i asked him am not pay even single paise to show room, how is possible to pay, in which bike am buying and whats my bike eng&chasis no and where is my bike insurance ?


HDFC Bank send the same letters ..ur loan amt 31129 was not paid yet, pls handover to RC copy and insurance to bank ..3 months due pending, Collection Agents told i[censored] not pay due i ill seize ur bike, madurai manager called me and say in same way .i told him clearly he is take any neccessary action .

Am suffered lot .month an month cheque bounce ..Actually i convey the msg to the consign manager and exe ( Dec 1st week )and send a mail to HDFC Bank customer care also.

I lost so far 1200 rs in Bank for fine in cheque bounce .

I want to know .what happened in my case ? who is right person to complaints ?

I have taken my loan from Centurion Bank, Bikaner and now it has merged to HDFC, Rani Bazar, Bikaner. I have repayed all the amount in Jan 2007 but till now I haven't recieved the NOC. They always say some amount is due. I visited the bank many times and the HDFC employee always say that you have no dues and will send the NOC in a month. But as usual they again call me and ask for the remaining amount.

This is Vijay, had bought a TW in the year 2004 and i was under a impression that my loan amount has been fully paid but recently when i opted a loan my loan was rejected and the reason given by the Bank is that my name is reflecting in Sebil.The reason is that there is a payment due from my side for TW Loan of HDFCbank.
Till date i have not collect the NOC from the Bank and i have not recieved any information from the bank.Let me know what is the procedure get the NOC.

I had purchased an Activa, on loan with HDFC bank eight months ago and had given eighth post dated cheques for installment. On 23rd Nov 2010 suddenly a collection boy visited my residence saying the installment has not been paid for this month whereas the payment due is on 05th of every month. I was shocked that the HDFC collection boy reached my residence after 19 days of the due date. though my cell was not reachable they could have sent the person within 3-4 at my residence also they didn't even informed me regarding the submitting of cheques neither sent me any letter for the same. I am very unhappy with HDFC for the services they are providing to their customers.

I also agree pre sales services are good but after we submitt our document you people confirm loan and then your representative dont even pick up call, i dont know wht to do with this ?????

I applied a two wheeler loan from M/S BRIGHT MOTORS LKO & a person who came for F I, PH NO.- [protected] was a muslim person whom i dont remember the name, he called me from this number & said very rudley that if you need a two wheeler loan then reached the home immidiate otherwise forget about the loan. I recd.the call at 5.10 PM, dt. 22.01.2011. I immidiate left my all important work and reached my residence with in 20 to 25 mins. & i called him but he did not recd. my call and he switched off his mobile phone. I HAVE GOT A GREAT EXP. FROM YOUR GREAT EXECUTIVE . Two months before i applied a loan & i recd. a finance a/c no. 17492640 but i c'd not purchased my vehicle due to some problem. So i applied it again & i submit my all same papers, same photographs, same documents.SO WHY YOUR EXECUTIVE MISBEHAVED LIKE THIS.

Hi, i, Sri Pradip Kumar Das purchase a Hero-Hunda Cd-Delux byke from Dutta-Motors, Sainthia, Birbhum, W.B., on 23 December'2005. I have loaned a sum amount of 25000 from your bank with the agrement of 10 instalments and my agrement no 2191187. one installment amount collect from me by cash by a collection agent and nine installments collect from bank time by time. at the time of agreement the agent asure me the NOC will automatically reached to me by post but unfortunetlly six years have gone there is no NOC. one installment collection from home is not my fault. field collection agent said me that one cheque is missing from your head office.

With reference to the application id [protected], I have applied online two two wheeler loan, as per the online loan can be processed but as per the person working in Hubli branch (Prem) he says totally diff, I just wanted to know if there are hidden terms WHY the hell you people provide online facility.. I at-least believe this is the bank of worst service, and not at al proper service, the customer care no's are just displayed to show they really don't work. I have tried to reaching the no's mentioned below around 10 times al the time same response that all are busy call after some time, we search online to save time and proper service.. In online the application has proceeded 95% but there is 0 response from the bank. I really advice rest of the users not to except any kindly of things from this BANK.. I m totally surprised i have cleared al the terms mentioned in the online but i feel the person who guided me need more training on Banking. He just replied saying online is total diff and the process which is carried out in practical is totally diff. You people will ll be one of the most popular reason for fake Ecomverse. I am dam sure i wont get the proper response from the bank after this post also.. my main intention is save others waiting time in online thinking it ll be processed and i am happy my loan is processed yesterday from Muthoot finance and still HDFC bank is not responding GREAT GREAT RESPONSE FROM THE BANK.

I was opened a salary account with HDFC bank but they deducted Rs.28.09/- in same day two time with EAW DECCHG this reason..Now I want to know about these deduction.
