[Resolved]  Hero Honda Splendor+ — DEFECTIVE TYRE AND MISBEHAVIOUR

I have purchased a Hero Honda M/cycle on dated 13.1.2010 from Charishma Motors , Industrial Area, Phase-1, Chandigarh, the Engine No.MA10EAAHA75454 Chasis No.MBLHA10E JAHA17715 , but there is a problem in the tyre of the m/cycle. The Engineer of TVS Tyre Company Mr.Devesh Tiwari checked the tyre and found defective on dated 9.2.2010 and Mr.Devesh Tiwari Executive Sales of TVS Motors said to me that the tyre will be replaced, if you come at Shree Ganesh Enterprises, Mohali i.e. distributor of TVS Tyres, but when I went on 13.2.2010 at Shree Ganesh Enterprises, Mohali , your Executive Mr.Devesh Tiwari demanded money for the replacement of the tyre, but I demanded for receipt, then Mr.Devesh Tiwari refused to gave any receipt and also refused to replace the tyre which is defective. Mr.Devesh Tiwari also used filthy language with me and also harassed me and said you do what ever you want, I will not replace your tyre.
The behaviour of the Executive Mr.Devesh Tiwari is rude and not tolerable and even when the tyre is defective the same is to be changed by you , for which I have paid a lot of money from my hard earning and it is the duty of Hero Honda Co. from which I have purchase my vehicle , to replace the defective parts/ tyre etc.

So you are requested to take a strong action against Mr.Devesh Tiwari for his mis behaviour with me and also for the illegal demand of money for the replacement of the defective tyre and the problem of m/cycle be retified immediately.

Even when I contacted the Authorised person of Hero Honda i.e. Chrisma Motor Co.Industrial Area, Chandigarh has not done any thing to rectify the problem. Then I contacted Mr.D.P.Singh and reported the complaint which is entered at Sr.No.15 of the complaint register.

I am waiting for a positive reply and action within a short span of time.
