[Resolved]  Hero Honda Splendor+ — Poor Quality of Tyre-Tubes

Dear Team,

I have purchased a Hero Honda Splendor+ bike from your Panchkula (Haryana) agency on 3rd March,2010. On 10th April,2010,its rear tyre got punctured.When I tested the tube,it was automatically cracked.I called to same service center and told about it,they want to see the tube.I replaced the new tube and go to service center.They refused to replaced the tube by saying(Mr.Sunil-Customer Service Incharge) the words"this problem doesn't come under warranty".

After five days again I have Punctured the same rear tyre.Again no such type of Pin or any other thing found inside/outside the tyre.
So,it is clreared that the Quality of Tyre and tube(TVS Make),specially tyre is very very poor.I want to replace these tyres of my bike by MRF make.
I am not satisfied with mileage of the bike,it is giving 48KM/litre.
Also,the Front Light low beam reflection not ok.
I will discuss the Light Reflection and Mileage issue with your Panchkula service center in next service.
But you are requested to please arrange to replace my bike's both tyres with MRF make as soon as possible.

Also you are advised to do not use these poor quality of spare parts so that we dont loose our faith about Hero Honda quality assurance.

Hero Honda Splendor+ — Exchange Of Spare Parts from new to old ones

Hi,

I am a Hero Honda Splendour+ rider. I have been using it since May 2006, approximately 2 years. I did not have problems for first six months o[censored]sage. I gave serviced the bike regularly at the authorized services centers. But past 1 year the condition of the bike has been horrible. The mileage of the bike has reduced to about 25-30km/liter. Every time I get the bike serviced the condition improves slightly and reaches to a max of 40kmpl. However this does not last for long period. Within about 15days, the mileage again reduces back to about 30kmpl.

Previously when I had given my bike for servicing, the silencer has been replaced without my knowledge. They have replaced my new vehicles silencer with an old silencer which has a lots of scraches on it. These scracthces on the silencer made me realize that it has been replaced. When i queried them about it they denied that they have changed it and forced me not to come again with such a complaint.

Do let me know what should be done. Respond as soon as possible.

go and complain in higher dealer and tell all your friends about this matter and dont buy vehicleor give servicing in that show room.better put in news papper .this kind of people has to stop thier showroom lisence

Hero Honda Splendor+ — Battery Not working properly from the date of purchase.

My name is Ashu Pandey. I have purchased a Hero Honda Splendor+ Byke in first week of September in 2009. This byke has a defective battery and its Charger. Some times it produces other problems like, noice in Wiser, back Light and Shocker. I register the complaint to the dealer of Hero Honda in Narnaul (Auto Deals, Narnaul ). The manager solved my problem for that time. But it occures again and again. This byke has been repaired by the service station of Hero Honda Narnaul by 4-5 times. But the problem is stable. I am a student and I don't hav time for this again and again. OS please solve my problem permanently or Replace my Byke. Otherwise I have to do some Legal action against Hero Honda. Please do my favour as soon as possible.

Hero Honda — Very very very poor quality BIke supplied by Hero Honda and refusing to replace it.

Respected sir,
I am very much frustrated from my bike purchased from Hero Honda from his
Roorkee based dealer UP automobiles in Haridwar Road.

I purchased my bike against invoice no. 2997 dated 1.10.2010 and from day
one I am facing a lot of problems some of which are mentioned herewith for
your reference as:

Same day on 1.10.10. my bikes’s front tyre was having very low air pressure
and when I approached to dealer for repair they did not fine any leakage in
that tyre and again filled the air which waagain become very low in a few
minutes so they replaced new tyre and tube the.

0n 08.10.10 my got bubbling and I again approached to dealer and then they
replaced my back tyre and tube . They did not described any cause of that
to me.

Then on date 23.10.10 leakage of oil from engine occurred and continousely
leaking even today also. And when I have demaned to replace the bike now
then works manager and above staff trying to convince me by replacing this
only. Even after few hours battery of this biker fully discharged . Dealer
re-charged it but did not replace it. Shelf problem is also occurring in
this bike.



Hero Honda is not taking any action for the replacement of my bike. I am
frustrated after investing a huge amount which was saved from many years to
purchase it.



I have been insulted by my Hero Honda staff many times because I am a very
small person and do not have approach of big person. Hero Honda is saying
this bike will ot be replaced where as I need new one and request you to
strict action against hero Honda and make my bike replaced.

JAB ME APNI GADI KI FIRST SERVICE KE LIYE GAYA TAB MENE GADI ME 3 FAULT LIKHWAYE THE USME SE WAHA KE WORK SHOP STAFF NE 2 PROBLEM SOLVE NAHI KIYE HE. AUR JAB ME SALES STAFF KE PAS GAYA MERI GADI KI RC BOOK AUR GOODLIFE CEWRTIFICATE AUR INSUIRANCE POLICY COLLECT KARNE TO WAHA KE SALES STAFF NE KAHA KI APPKO HUM YE SARE DOCUMENT 1 MONTHY BAD DENGE IN LOGO KI IS LAPARWAHI KE KARAN MUJE YAHA 2 BAR TRAFFIC POLICE KO FINE BARA HE RC BOOK KE KARAN.
