Fraud Scam Peoples...Need my Refund ASAP

Hi,


I have taken 5 Years Membership on Saturday May 9 2009 From Highland Holiday Homes M.G Road Pune Office through their Sales Manager Siddharth and Marketing person Ganesh and was assured some service and club membership by making Payment of Rs 35, 000 /- cash.

But when i returned home and cross verified with the affiliated club, they directly denied any links with Highland. I visited their pune office on sunday 10 may 2009 and met Manager Siddharth and was assured the refund of my complete payment of Rs 35, 000 /- since i haven’t used any of your service. He asked me to contact your pune office on monday in Morning 10.30 am and so i contacted Pune office and was being told by Pooja to write an Email application and send to us and we will refund your money.

Some points for Cancellation:

1. I was assured by Manager Siddharth that i will get free access to Pan Card Club and Ganga Retreat club at Pune during my membership with highland, but when i personally contacted both the club they denied any such free affiliation and said i will get only 10% discounts on recreation.

2. On my second visit to highland office on sunday Manager siddharth told me that i need to pay Maintenance cost of 300-400 for each club that i use for every year. Again this was never mentioned anytime during the session, later on Siddharth told us that he will pay the maintenance on behalf o[censored]s for every year.

3. I was even assured by Manager Siddharth and Marketing Guy Ganesh that if i opt for any affiliated Resort/hotel for my stay i need to pay only 650 /- as utility charges for any star hotel, but later on i discovered that its 650 /- onwards and this smart guys has never used this word onwards anytime as customers already knows what onwards means and if they would have said this onward i would have never taken the membership.

4. There are some more points which was being told by them but never mentioned on paper or something else written on paper and they have said something else. Even the marketing guy ganesh told me that Highland is Bajaj's Electrical group, on hearing this i said him to call your manager and give me proof that when bajaj has entered the relationship with you, then siddharth came and clarified that its no where related with Bajaj group. Again miss-communication between your same group. Atleast everybody should stick to the same point.

5. On discussing all this issues with Manager Siddharth on Sunday 10 May 2009, he finally agreed (in presence of all the peoples at the venue) for complete refund of my payment of Rs 35, 000 /- and on Pooja's request i am sending this application.

According to the Consumer Court
"It is illegal to tag a service as NON-CANCELLABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE when you are actually not using their services."

This is what being told to us by Manager Siddharth and under which i am applying for a complete refund of Rs 35, 000 /- since i havent used any of your services.


6. Also during my session with Manager Siddharth he told me various things about Highland Holiday and its affiliation but he or his teams never mentioned that the Highland Holiday Homes Pvt Ltd managed by Mr. Manohar P Bajaj was banned by SEBI on July 26, 2001 "debarring the Appellant, its promoters, directors, managers and persons in charge of the business of the schemes, from operating in the capital market for a period of five years"

Now i am feeling more insecure to continue my membership with Highland and needs my refund ASAP.

Now since they have dedcuted my money in one shot, i am expecting the Same while refund.

I request consumer court to take some actions againse such company ASAP.

I also request all peoples of india to stay away from this company.

Hi i m member of highland holiday homes at pune. i m very much satisfy with the services. I have paid 55000/- via ICIC Credit Card(9 months EMI) & become a member on 15 mar, 09. & while taking membership only i understood the booking rules. as we have to book holidays 1 month advanced i.e. they start booking form April, 09 for May, 09. means i can call up on 1st April, 09 for any dates in May, 09. so i have already enjoyed my 1st holidays at RGBC - GOA, the resorts was fantistic, its realy good velue for money what i have paid.

I am also one of the victim. Today only (12-Dec), I visited Pune office. The Branch Manager, Swati told me that it is your mistake that you take the membership.
I was there to claim the discount (20% on F and B) which the resort didn't give me while I was in Lonawala. Now they are asking for application, bills etc to verify.
These people are professional thieves and criminal.
Can we come together and form a forum to fight against this organisation (Highland Holiday Home)?
Also I realise that they are not giving the booking in pick period. I asked for booking on Lonawal Resort for Cristmas on 17-Nov, now they are saying that it is not available.

I am in the same process and collected almost 12 members data.
The agreement details are with Chennai Office. Kindly send a message to them first. Then region wise (like Pune/Mubai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Delhi) can go through the internet (through google search just type the words highland holidays complaints or related words) then you get more data easily and quickly. Join together and approach the respective office.
Especially Chennai/Bangalore region people can directly go to thier Chennai office and meat the M.D. Sh.Manohar Bajaj). So, the things will be improved to get a faster refund with the compensation depending on the period they retained our money.
Register your complaints in more and more internet sites, and get more data, ways to get the refund(latest message) for your help.
I do agree with your complaint. Pls register my complaint. Nobody is picking up the phone in their Mumbai office, as I would like to get their services. Hi all,
I have taken membership in 2005 and on every occassion of attempting to book a resort, eithyer the resort is not available or bokking in full or the affilliation is no more there. For example in Goa, in place of RGBC i was offered Valentine retreat which was available for much lesser cost than I was to pay to Highland as utility charges.

Is there any sucessful person who was able to get refund of their money from these cheats. I am ready to go to consumer court or whatever.

I too am victimized for this highland holiday membership. I am from mumbai and was tempted to become a member by one marketing female named Sandaya whose mobile is now switched off after cheating many people. I became a member in May 2010 by paying Rs.35, 000/- but they make promises which are not fulfilled so the only way is to come together and unitedly fight them out.

We have been another victim of these thieves.
They cheated telling so many things and taken the membership fee of RS.40, 000/-

I agree with what Devendra has written on Bajaj Highland.
They told if you are not using the facility - we will refund Rs. 1, 000/- for every night.
Now they are not doing this.

I took their help for booking in Shirdi, their cost is higher than direct booking.

I am also suffering from the same. After taking the membership, I found that they are not affiliated to most of the resorts they have said. They have some economy range properties only which they portray as 5 star category.
I tried to book their Lonavala resort during August 2010 and they did not provide a booking saying that the property is under renovation.
I searched for Shirdi and found that the so called utility charges for their affiliated hotels are more than room charges for the hotels. I would also like to get refund of my membership fees, I have not used any of their services yet. Please let me know if any of you have got the refund.
We are also from PUNE and are facing same situation. Kindly share your contact details so that together we can take some action againt them.

Highland Holidays Homes Pvt. Ltd. — Cheating

I too had a bad experience when I went with my family too Lonavala which was very first experience. Only 1 small room with 2 beds & i Washroom was alloted when i visited with my family of four.Whatever was explained to us during Seminar was the other side to convince to become Members. Really We are repenting & crush our that bad moment which inspired to become Member.Even three time booking was refused for some or other reason. If at all they are courteous they should refund the money.

I am too suffering from Bajaj highlands Resorts pune. I have taken memebership of 5 years in may 2010 . we family planned a trip to srinagar delhi amritsar etc we planned booking of railways 3 months before and one month before i phone Bajaj highlands Resorts pune office regarding availability of rooms. They insisted we do bookong only 2 months before. Even though i told them it is vacation time kindly book hotel room in advance they refused. After that just 2 months before i too ring them and told them same to book rooms. They gave us email and told us to send details and plan of journey, and too my surprise they email bounced back saying not such email i re took email with confirmed twice and email went but no reply till 10 days. After doing phone to them regarding this issue in reply they told we have not received any email. So i left the mater and went to srinagar.
In my second trip to Rajasthan may -2011 same happened and in this time manager was diffirent and very arrogant she replied unable to do reservations.
To your information in my goa trip in diwali 2011 they too repeated same process.
Today also i have applied and emailed for room in tirupati lets see what happens if this happens please all of you come together and show them we all we go to there office unitely
Sir what happenes we all are unable to visit their office or dont have time thats why they are taking undue advantage.
