[Resolved]  Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. — NON DELIVERY OF GAS

I AM A CONSUMER OF HP DOMESTIC GAS, CONSUMER NO 609478. I HAVE BOOKED THE GAS CYLINDERE ON 20.03.2009, THE BOOKING NO AS GIVEN OVER PHONE IS 139108 WITH ASURENCE OF DELIVERY WITHIN 5 TO 7 DAYS. AFTER REQUESTING SEVERAL TIMES TILL TODAY GAS CYLINDER IS NOT DELIVERED. THEY ALSO MISBEHAVE OVER PHONE. EVERYTIME GAS IS DELIVERED NOT LESS THAN 15 DAYS AFTER BOOKING. I HAVE ONLY ONE CYLINDER & HENCE FACING TREMENDUS PROBLEM. FOR DOUBLE CYLIDER DISTRIBUTOR SAYS IT WILL TAKE NOT LESS THAN ONE YEAR. ALL THE TIME WHEN GAS IS DELIVERED, THE BOOKING NO DOES NOT MATCH WITH WHAT HAD BEEN TOLD OVER PHONE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. OFFICIALY THEY SHOWED THAT GAS DELIVERED WITIHN VERY SHORT PERIOD( 3- 5 DAYS). MOROVER, ALL THE TIME WE HAVE ALTERNATIVE BUT TO PAY AS PER THEIR DEMAND RS 50 TO RS 100/- EXTRA FOR DELIVERY WITHIN 15 - 21 DAYS. NEEDLESS TO SAY, THEY SELL THE GAS IN BLACK MARKET. WE REQUEST YOU TO DO A FAIR ENQUERY & TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTIONS AGAINST HPCL & ITS DISTRIBUTOR.
THE NAME OF THE DISTRIBUTOR IS SHREE SHAKTI GAS SERVICE, JAMNAGAR, GUJRAT, DISTRIBUTOR CODE[protected].
I BELEIVE TO HAVE PROPER JUCTICE IN THIS REGARD.

Hindustan Petroleum Domestic Gas — selling in black market

I am a consumer of HP cooking Gas.staying at puri,orissa. our dealer is ramchandra subudi.
my consumer no is 13837
really we are facing lot of trouble regarding gas delivery
dealer is selling the gas in black market
even if we book according to terms & condition we get the gas after 30 days of booking
both the cylinders finishes.
recent issue i want to keep in front
last month we received gas on 7/4/2010
booked the gas on 29/4/2010
but till date i.e 10/5/2010 we didnot receive the gas
today we asked they are saying again book the gas
i am worried again they will take another 10 days so in total after 23 days from booking date we may receive if they at allsend
please look into the matter

due to respected the problem are being created by your software indane cav inventry.we are filling up all instruction as given lastly save cav inventry giving response{the documen sv/tsv does not exits create a new account}actully i want to transfer our document to other city.i am old consumer from1992.how to solve our problem send me on my email id([protected]@gmail.com).
