I have booked the Cylinder on 7th April and till today it is not delivered. I spoke to agency on l1th april also and they told it will be delivered on same day and unfortunately it is not happened.
Big issue is they dont receive a customer call regularly. I have to try at-least 50 times to speak to agency people. Since yesterday i am calling them but nobody receiving calls in all the given numbers. Sometime i get engaged tone also on the same numbers but when bell rings, no body picks up. They don't entertain incoming calls on regular basis.

I have booked one gas cylinder but I have been informed that I have to collect the Gas cylinder from the distributor's godown as their delivery staff in not working. When I went to collect the Gas cylinder, the distributor asked me to pay additional Rs.210/- apart from the cost of Gas Cylinder towards Rubber pipe and inspection charges, while my rubber pipe is brand new and recently the inspection has been done. When I refused to pay the amount, he (Mr. Pandit) told me that my connection will be cancelled and he will see that I should not get any Gas cylinder. They are using foul languages too even with a lady. They are simply harasshing the customers and black mailing them to pay Rs.210/- extra for each cylinder in the name of inspection and Gas pipe charges. How they can inspect the Gas connection simply by sitting in Air conditioned office and issue a receipt for that too, I dont know.More over they should give a dicount of Rs.8/- per cylinder if a customer is collecting the cylinder from their godown, but instead of that discount they are charging Rs.315/- ( while the selling price is Rs.310/75 per cylinder for home delivery). I request you kindly appoint some one to look into the matter and save us from the gundagiri of your distributor. I would be vey happy if the distributorship of this person is cancelled.My consumer no. is 608759 and I am registered with : SUMIT ENTERPRISES, Shop No.188, Sector 7 Mkt, FARIDABAD. I have booked HP Gas Refill cylinder on 17th July, 2013 # 292807 by SMS booking facility from my mobile phone [protected]

I have received SMS on 14th August, 2013 HP Gas Booking No 292807 Subsidized cash memo 110266 Dated 14.08.13 Rs. 442/- your Refill will be delivered shortly.

Again I have received SMS on 17th August, 2013 HP Gas refill delivered on 17.08.13 vide cash memo no. 110266 and till today it is not delivered.

Big issue is they don’t attend customer call as normally. I have to try at least 50 times to speak to agency persons. Since yesterday I was calling them up like a hell but nobody was receiving phone calls in all the given numbers. Sometime I get engaged tone on the same numbers but when the call was ringing nobody picks up the call. They don't entertain incoming calls on regular basis.

Finally today I personally visited my GAS Agency office and I came to know that my Gas refill cylinder is delivered to some other customer for extra money by the delivery boy and they have given me complaint form for written complaint. I have signed the form and I have been told that it will get delivered on same day or next day.

At last getting no other way I have put forth my grievances before you for your kind interfere into the matter, impart suitable direction to the gas distributor and enable me to get the refill cylinder at the earliest for which act of your kindness I shall remain ever grateful and oblige.

    NON DELIVERY OF GAS

    I AM A CONSUMER OF HP DOMESTIC GAS, CONSUMER NO 609478. I HAVE BOOKED THE GAS CYLINDERE ON 20.03.2009, THE BOOKING NO AS GIVEN OVER PHONE IS 139108 WITH ASURENCE OF DELIVERY WITHIN 5 TO 7 DAYS. AFTER REQUESTING SEVERAL TIMES TILL TODAY GAS CYLINDER IS NOT DELIVERED. THEY ALSO MISBEHAVE OVER PHONE. EVERYTIME GAS IS DELIVERED NOT LESS THAN 15 DAYS AFTER BOOKING. I HAVE ONLY ONE CYLINDER & HENCE FACING TREMENDUS PROBLEM. FOR DOUBLE CYLIDER...

    Sir,
    Sir, I the undersigned preetam chipre was a regular customer of HP Petrol Pumps. This complaint is regarding filling less quantity of petrol regularly by pump operators at Marathalli next to Brand factory.
    This is the second time i am facing this problem and the latest was on 28th March 09, This you can try it your self . Go with a vehicle which doesnt have a fuel gauge/indicator and ask him to fill petrol of 300/- or more, he will try to divert your attention by asking change or something other by the time you look around the filling of the petrol is finished,
    Such kind of service and fraudulent behavior in pumps baring your company name only serves the purpose of tarnishing the company name and alienate customers from visiting HP pumps when given a choice. I personally have heeded to advices of my friends and stopped visiting HP pumps in other parts of the city where there is a choice.
    Please treat this as an official complaint and take action as appropriate.

    I don't want to disclose my identity thats why I am not writing any name. But this same happened with me 2-3 times. And two of my friends also found the same but luckily for one friend, his brother was watching the meter which petrol filling guyz were not aware of. The guy who is collecting money, he will come and disturb you saying that he has some offer and in the mean time the petrol filling guy will stop the button and set that to desired one. I have not face this issue in any other petrol pump in marathalli, indiranagar region except marathalli HP Petrol pump. If some body catches the flaw then manager will come and after some argue he will give order to fill properly. I don't know it is the crime done by petrol filling guy or the full petrol pump authority is inside this game.

    Any body can cross verify this. Just go alone in bike or car. Just notice no body is there around you and ask for 300-500 bucks petrol. 75% chance that you will be cheated.
    I AM WAST MY MONEY & I VERY ANGRY PLS I NEED ACTION

      sir,
      the petrol bunk opposite MRF Tarapore towers, anna salai, chennai-600002 always supply less amount of petrol.. i ve experienced this 3 to 4 times. i usually fill in petrol in my bike for hundred Rs . But the guy at the station always takes it as 40 rs n fills in only for 40 rs.. then when i tel him he innocently fills in for thr remaining 60 rs. but i always felt the needle never reached the usual point where it reaches when i fill in other bunks. The trick here is he never resets the device back to "0" before filling the 60 rs. hence peoplw lose money out here. i entered into argument but he insisted it ws mere communication gap. kindly see into that matter and do the needful.

      all petrol bunks theft bunks. bunk related department working or not. all department sleeping. kindly check all petrol bunk mission meter.
      Today Morning I went to fiil petrol in one hp petrol bunk opposite to mariyamma temle in tin factroy
      .Every time I go there they try cheat me. and the quantity and quality of petrol is very poor. The sales person there are very rude .In between filling the petrol they try to divert our attention by asking so many unwanted queries.This is not I am fooled, many of the customers are telling this . SO I request you kindly see the matter urgently .

        I usually fill petrol at J.P.Nagar H.P Petrol pump on 100 feet road connecting Banergetta Road and Kanakpura Road. Recently I am seeing that after giving the money(1000 Rs), they distract me for some time and then the meter on my car indicates that less petrol is filled. It would be great if some company person investigate this issue as it creates a bad name for the brand.
        Instead of fighting with these guys, would switch to other petrol pump soon. Also would be spreading this info to neighbors and community.

        I am from jp nagar. I have bajaj discover 100cc, new bike which gives mileage of 75 in city.But gradually my bikes mileage decreased due to filling petrol in jp nagar HP petrol bunk.The quantity is only 60% what they fill insrtead of 100% .Then I changed the petrol bunk to shree satya sai keerthi indian oil pump in jp.nagar. Here till today from 8 months I am getting avarage 65-70 mileage for 1 litre. Even I trust this bunk than shell.

          We were delivered HP Gas cylinder at our residence 2388 sector 71 Mohali.
          As this was spare cylinder and not immediately installed and we could smell gas leakage same day.

          I called Amar Gas agency and requested immediate attention and expected quick response and replacement of defaultered cyliner. However nobody has taken any action even after 10 hrs of information.
          This type of leakage of gas can be very risky it is pity to see such behaviour on such serious matter.

            Dear Sir,

            I have transferred my gas connection of my wife name laxmi devi from aligarh to palwal due to my job. I contacted to Raj Gas Agency Palwal( faridabad) haryana 121102 Ph.[protected]. and given a photo copy and i have confirmed again from aligarh on the tune of Raj Gas Agency. after completed this process, they denied and told me that your area not come in our area. but i have seen their regular supply regularly in our area. I have taken 4-5 leave from my employer.

            kindly do the needful and do look forward to your anticipatory reply.

              Sir,
              Myself and my neighbour Sri.Prasad Jacob booked for gas cylinders of HP gas over the idea phone no. on 11.2.09 on our consumer No.s as given below-

              Our gas agency is Prakashini Gas Agency, Karthikapally, Alappuzha Dist., Kerala-690516
              On enquiries with the agency it was informed that the bills were prepared on 17.02.09 and the same were cancelled. And till today delivery of the cylinders have not been made. For the past one month, I am frequently going to the agency and enquring about the delivery of cylinders but the agency is insisting us to make fresh booking.
              Also the free booking facility for the customers from the agency is not being allowed by the agent.
              I requst your good self to look into the matter and take immediate action for early delivery of cylinders as about seven weeks passed since the booking.

              Hindustan Petroleum/LPG Cylinder(domestic) — non delivered of gas cylinder after booking

              Sir, myself KS Mehra Resi. of B-35/1 Rajiv nagar ext.Begumpur Delhi-110086. booked our gas cyl. on dt[protected] but not delivered till date.
              I make a phone call of our distributor but they deaf ear to it.I am facing its problem every month,i m very upset & purchase gas cyl.Rs- 500/- sir please help me.( my consumer no is-646608 & agency SURSUMAN GAS LTD. Located at Pooth Kalan DELHI-110086.

                Respected Sir,

                My Wife booked cylinder on[protected] at Ratnagiri, Maruti Mandir but had not taken booking or give any response by dealer, on[protected] again she called up, they told that you have not booked the cylinder and take the booking, and your gas cylinder use for only 20 days. Today she contact to your distributor told that they take booking after 21 days and your cylinder empty within 20 days.

                  i would like inform to you to day morning at between 8.30 and 9.00 a.m between i was submitted complaint in hp complaint manager.i was surprised to when i enter my complaint blog responsible person not yet answered.to day also in the morning i was call to this distributor not response our request.complaint manager also not yet taken any action with this gas distributor.once again i request with you vigilance inquiry with this distributor and take disciplinary action this distributor. my refilled cylinder empty now .unfortunately most o[censored]s have removed the conventional ovens by relying upon the gas ovens.i cannot explain how much we are being harassed and troubled due to the farce played by the said dealer.to day morning i was submitted my complaint reference number[protected].this complaint will be send to DGM (LPG) SOTHZONE.CHENNAI AND SECRETARY TO MINISTER FOR PETROLEUM AND CIVILIZATION SAMSATH BHAVAN NEW DELHI BY REGISTERED POST. TO DAY MORNING I WAS SUBMITTED COMPLAINT COPY I WAS PASTE HERE dear sir, my refilled cylinder empty now already 15 days before we are booked under hp anytime booking service.but distributor not yet supply my refilled cylinder.when we are call to this distributor they are giving arrogant reply.this distributors very worst service. delivery boy The rate per domestic cylinder is being collected from rupees 337 to 350 rupees. we are far from this distributor only 2.5 km.my husband also sicked person i begging with you take disciplinary action against this distributor.once again i request with you please give to vigilance inquiry.

                    I am having a HP LPG connection from SRI MANJUNATHA ENTERPRISES (Dealer code 464650), J.P. Nagar, Bangalore.
                    I am a consumer of HP LPG for the past 6 years and off late (count 7 months) have started facing severe problems with bookings and delivery from this Agency. For every booking the expected delivery date is beinmg given as 4 weeks from the day of booking. On top of this when the booking date actually comes, the delivery is still not done. After this I have to follow up at least 10 times with the agency before getting a cylinder. This after a lot of prevarication/lies from their end and lot of screamings and frustration from my end. Ask them for their SLA and you get the phone banged down on you. I am seeing that being a consumer, I am being treated as a begger. I am paying for that damned cylinder and expect that the dealers and in turn the company would show a little more respect to the consumer woes!!! Alas, but we consumers seem to be of next to no importance to the Corporation (read Hisdustan Petroleum) or the dealers.Hope some responsible official of the company reads this comment and takes appropriate action...or am I hoping too much???!!!

                    HP/ LPG — late booking and delivery

                    Dear Sir,
                    The LPG is booked after 21 days of delivery and than delievred after 15-2 days, so the delievry cycle for one LPG is approx 40 days.
                    Is this ok as per company schedule than i must say we are going back instead of moving ahead with the pace and some day we shall be forced to use gas stoves.
                    But If the retailing agency is creating this at their own than it must be rectified.

                    I totally agree with the above complaint. I too am facing the same problem with my HP gas agency SLV Enterptises, Gottigere. Inspite of complaining to the so called Consumer Cell of HP, there has been no respite. According to them, booking can be done after 21 days of the last delivery date & the delivery of that booking will be done on the 30th day. But this rule has been broken very conveniently by them for the past 7-8 months. Consequently the when the cylinder is actually delivered (which can be anytime after 30 days & within 50 days), the second cylinder also becomes empty & I am stuck with no cylinder despite having two cylinders. Looks like one has to either be a neta or a goon to not only get the cylinder delivered on time, but can apply for n number of connections without following any rules! Even hazaar Anna Hazares cant solve this problem!

                      I am a consumer of HP Gas under the dealer M/s ISHWARLAL MOHANLAL PARIKH agency in New Panvel, Navi Mumbai.

                      Pls. ensure them to strictly follow the timing from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm to ensure the customers convenience rather than theirs.

                      I wanted to get my additional cylinder. I am ready to pay the necessary charges also. After 2 initial visits in February, again I visited there with all my documents (on March 7th). They said that there are no company papers available, and told me to come by the next day. (What will the poor consumer do for that? If company is not issuing some papers, why we are spending our time for the same.) Then I spoke to their owner, he told me you will get it by Tuesday (March 31st) I waited there for more than 1.5 hours for their madam to come as instructed by one of their employee. Then she came by 4.15 and told me that the day is 31st of March. So they have already closed accounts and nothing will be happened. I told her that the owner assured us so. She connected him with the owner. Then owner asked me "R U a stupid to come by March 31st?? Come by next saturday. (Pls. do remember March 31st is not a holiday)

                      I don't understand, as I can produce all the documents and money how they can reject it? And for this thing how many Leaves I need to take more? All the employees and owner is behaving very bad to customers.

                      Pls. ensure them to avoid such kind of postponement to avoid such National wastage of time and money. And kindly assure them to behave properly to all the customers as this is indeed a service to the society rather than a business.

                        Dear Customer Care Professional,

                        With immense displeasure and desperation, i take this opportunity to bring to your kind notice the gross misconduct of your authorised distributor, Maharashtra Gas Depot, Powai, Mumbai.

                        I had booked a gas refill on 28th February 2009 against my consumer no. 640018. This booking was made on the HP IVRS no. 12665. Since the day of booking, i am following up with the said dealer for the delivery of the refill but to no avail.

                        Most of the times, 9 out of 10 times, there is no response on the telephone numbers given by the dealer and whenever, once in the bluemoon, they pick up the phone, they talk about the shortage of the gas, assuring that the delivery to my residence will be made in next couple of days but despite several commitments, i am still awaiting the gas refill for last more than one month.

                        Once, after getting completely frustrated with their unfulfilled promises, i visited their agency at Powai, Mumbai alongwith my emplty cylinder, despite that they refused to give me a refill against my booking made on Feb 28th, 2009, saying that the godown incharge was not available.

                        Under the above circumstances, where your dealer is not able to deliver the gas in more than one full month of booking and he never picks up the phone numbers given, I feel absolutely frustrated and feel like surrendering my gas connection, informing the press and other relevant authorities about the misconduct of your dealer and helplessness from your end.

                        I request you to please look into this matter ASAP and shall be grateful if you could revert with your feedback on the same, please.

                          We are consumer of HP LPG gas in Kolkata. Our distributor in mahanty eneterprise in Lkae Town area. Often the telebooking fails / booking dates manipualted/ and in new connection we have been virtually told that we will not get the gas if we do not take anything. In fact We have to buy a over for a new gas connection. No receipt was given for the oven. Thus they officially showed that they had taken only the price of new gas connection. No senior officer is to look into this as HPCL has become a puppet in the hand of these bad dealers and our consumer laws are too weak to tackle these rogues. Will this continue for generation as I am seeing this from the time of my father. Will my daughter too see this .Why ? Why we arepaying taxes and runninga government. Is this to get such behaviour.We have to protest this unitedly.

                          HP LPG gas — Abusing the customer & denaying the products

                          I Mohana Chandran ( consumer no : 60434 ) of HP Lpg is raising the complaint. I have had a LPG Connection of HP from the Gas Agency of kerala ( Retnakala Gas Agency, T.C-7/934 (2), Kanjirampara, maruthankuzhy ) dealer code:469770,

                          I am in need of second cilender and applied for it on 17/08/2000. As per the application, they have draft a letter to me on 11/03/2008.with the letter I have gone to their office. They ask me to 'come on another day' . As that I reached the office on 22/03/2008.But they have denied to issue me the cilender.They said that 'if only you take the extra items will issue the cilender'.For that they ask me to pay Rs.2237 instead of paying Rs.1157.50.When I asked for the return document for the extra charge they levied on me.They refused to give me the document & harrased me.I request you to do the needful for getting me thesecond cilindre ask per the conditions of HP company. At around 1315 hrs Today (11 Sep 08) I logged a complaint via 12665 (this is done after attempting several calls to my agency land line which had no response). After this, i called my agency again where i got response and i was told concerned person was being sent, but till now (1430 hrs) no one has turned up. Due to this, my family members are facing severe problems in cooking and all the food are half cooked and some of them yet to be cooked.
                          I understand, it was a lunch break but there should be priority for an emergency calls.

                          Being a reputed company in India, i really feel irritated and the hospitality shown towards me. I request you to take necessary action regarding this case.

                              Recently I received one refilled cylinder where billed price was Rs.323/-. But delivery boy forced us to pay Rs.350/-.

                              As per the Govt. set price, trasportation charge is included in the billed price. The distributor or delivery boy should not charge anything extra for delivery. Please clarify if I'm wrong or resolve the issue by educating the distributor or delivery boys regarding the same.

                              This is a problem with all the Gas Agencies even in chennai too, they forcefully demand for extra amount, atleast more than 10 Rs, it is their benchmark.

                              A good earning for them and agony for us, even after complaining the Gas Agency they are too reluctant to control their staff.

                                I am having a HP gas connection(Consumer No 700018) since 1971. In october 2008 i came to know from their dealer in Faridabad M/s Sumt Enterprises that HP has issued stop supply instructions and till the time the connection is restored i have to go the the dealer for getting a refill.

                                The condition at the dealer is pathetic, large crowd of hapless customer start gathering from 8 AM onwards and by the time the dealers starts his operations there is a crowd of at least 200 people there.

                                Its a virtual fight to get a refill from there as the dealer has a pre condition of giving a refill only till 10 AM(has this guideline been laid down by HP, Are some surprise checks conducted to see the operations/ greivances of consumer at the dealer/ is there any feedback mechansim????).

                                There is no concrete response from the Dealer and HP. I have been lodging a compliant on HP Gas website since November 2008 but to no avail.

                                In the days when customer is supposed to be the king and it offered all kind of prompt and value added services the attitute of the company in question is very disappointing.

                                I am taken a new gas connection(Consumer no. 603938) on 05/01/09, at the time of connection i got a cylinder, regulator & a stand after few days the registration of the HP gas agent (M/s Bisht Gas Service (HP) Haldwani, Dist - Nainital. was canelled due to some reasons. From thereafter we are not able to get the HP gas cylinder we have being given a mobile number that he will provide the Gas for us but he is also not responding, Like me most of the people in Haldwani are facing this problem, how to get the gas and whom to approach we are not getting, pl do the needfull in this regard.

                                  Dear Sir/ Madam,
                                  It is observed from the past six - seven months that M/s Vasco Gas service, F.L. Gomes Road, Vasco, Goa is delivering gas cylinder very very late inspite of various reminders on phones and various reminders after visiting their office.
                                  We get a simple answer that today it will be delivered but that day comes normally after 17-20 days, whereas they are supposed to deliver cylinder with in 7-8 days.
                                  The service was not at all bad earlier but it seems that their are some irresponsible people in the team who are not in a position to take care of the bookings wisely.
                                  It is requested that they should be informed to deliver the gas cylinder as per bookings so that no one suffer for the daily basic needs.

                                    We have taken a GAS Connection from Indain on 1988 and transferred the GAS connection with HP in our home town SAMPLA due to Indain not functional at that location.

                                    This is in reference to my Consumer No. 103086 in the name of my father Rajinder Singh, my father has taken a TV from Sampla (rohtak, Haryana) to Meerut due to new job assignement to me with Nokia Siemens Meerut.

                                    I Parveen sharma s/o Rajinder Singh visited Mohan Gas Agency based at Nai Sarak Meerut several times but every time the response of the owner Mr. Gupta is not up to the mark. Since Meerut is not our home town persently we don't the residential proff ie. Bank A/c, DL, Ration card we have shown the address proff which is issued by Nokia Siemens Network where i am working. The GAS agency owner refused the address proff and deniyed for the trasfer till the actual address proff. I would like to ask is it mantory to show the address proff at all the location where ever you transfer you connection. The objective of the owner with all the customer to sale more and more new connection rather then giving service to the customers. He invite us for a new connection but my serious concern is if every one will take new connection what would happen for the old customer?

                                    We are facing lot of problem due to GAS Connection not available. Being a repsentative of a company like HP the dealer should not treat with the customer.

                                    I humbly request you to pls show us a way to get the problem resolved and would request take serious action against such dealers.

                                    I received my cash memo no by S.M.S. Cash memo No:-128205 Cash memo dt:-26 Aug-2012. S.M.S. come through No:-52347 where it is mentioned that your refill will be delivered within next 48 hrs. but It is around 60 Hrs and refill not delevered.
                                    Mera HP Gas connection Allahabad me hai. Hamare ghar se 7.0 Km dur hai. Ajency wale home delivery nahi dena chahte. Home delivery ke liye kitne dur tak dilivery rahti hai ?

                                      Respected sir,
                                      I want to draw your attention towards misbehavier of your staff Mr.Vijay Mangode(staff of allied gas traders, bajaj nagar Nagpur).I want to get my waiting list number for refill cylinder, so on20/03/2009 at7.00p.m.I went to office of allied gas traders Bajaj nagar.Mr Vijay Mangode said that booking time is closed.I was agree to his statement.But, after it he said that if you pay Rs500/-then you will immediately get your cyllinder tomorrow i.e.on21/03/2009.(Same day booking & same day delivery).This is really a shocking incident for me.What is happening in your Allied gas traders, Bajaj nagar Nagpur?If you give your attention towards this complain, then it will solve problems of many of your customers.
