it's very difficult to explain the problems i m facing in words due to non given clearity about my complain submitted for replace the Pure it battery. I m regular calling Hindustan Pure it Customer Care for replace the bettery since 14.06.2010 but every time i got the message that the executive will replace the same with 1 or 2 days but not any executive came for it. I m not understanding what is going on actually if you (Hinduatan Pure it) can not provide services to customer than it's better to close you product marketing.
