[Resolved]  Hindustan Times English & Hindi — Vendor not bringing both paper regularly

I am resident of A-839, Dabua colony, Faridabad. I've taken the subscription of Hindustan times, Hindi & English for one year and I paid 2 cheque against the same.But even after almost 6 months vendor haven't given me the coupons. I have asked for the coupons many times but he always ignores. And top of this he not bringing Newspaper regularly by giving excuse that Newspaper is not coming. Sometime he gives Times of India.
Please solve this problem as early as possible.
