I SUBSCRIBED FOR 'HINDUSTAN TIMES' FOR ONE YEAR,FOR WHICH I ISSUED A CHEQUE OF RS.199/.NO.833868 DT,27/01/2010 OF PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK.WHICH WAS ACKNOWLEDGED NO.679644 BY THEM ON 27/01/10.
BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION OR COUPONS BOOK LIKE PAST.
PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.

I subscribed to Hindustan Times and gave advance cheque for six month subscription. Hindustan Times promised a gift. However, it was never delivered. Mr. Sanjeev (mobile [protected]) giving me false assurance me for last 5 months that it will be given tomorrow, day-after tomorrow and so on and so forth. My paper vendor says that Mr Sanjeev is not giving the gift while Mr. Sanjeev says that my paper vendor not receiving it even when the gift was handed over to him twice. It seems to me that Mr Sanjeev is not taking enough interest and ignoring all my requests willfully. May I request the authorities of HT to look into the matter immediately.
