Hindustan Unilever / PureIt — Same Problem Persist After Repairing
Dear Sir/ madam,My name is Bahrat Kadam.Earlier I am purchase pureit, water filter of Hindustan Unilever, my customer ID [protected]. I have been asking a service for this product from past 3-4 months. Every time I call them the response I will not get is their executive at home before next day evening. But they fail to attend same. within 48 hours. Problem frequently arises. They keep on promising the same on each call but there is no response in spite of several remainders from me.
Kindly look into the matter on top priority

Dear SirI need a battery for proper functioning of my pure it(hindustan Lever). for this i have complaint 3 times and complain nos. are C[protected], C[protected], C[protected]. But after more than 15 days nobaody from company has come at my door.

Hindustan Unilever / PureIt — non functional tap
We had purchased the hindustan unilever pureit on 5/8/2008. The outlet/ tap of the machine has been underperforming since the beginning, but we ignored it hoping that it was a slow starter. However the problem has been consistent for the past 3 months. The company is very prompt in sending servicemen in case of replacement where payment has to be received. But any issue under the guarantee period & the aftersale service changes completely.
