[Resolved]  Hindustan Unilever - Pure It — about pure it

i have purchased pure it and now it has become my mistake
many of my friends adviced me to not to purchase it...but i baught.within in 3 months its battery indicater become red.I have already written my complaint before 1 month through this website and two executive came from the company and checked it and they also agree that there is some mistake in the product and i give in written and they said that they will replace the battery with in a week but the truth is that no one came from the company..
i just want to say this company is not reliable... not reliable

Hindustan unilever - Pure It — Worst Performance & Worst Service

The Battery kit was replaced after a WEEK days, after booking. Then started our problems. the water contains more chlorine and smelt bad and taste is also bitter. I again gave complaint on[protected] and on 14-7-08, an executive/assistant has came and did some thing. Even then our problem has not been solved. For the same problem, i again gave complaint on 16-7-08. And til today, i.e. on 22-7-08, my problem was not solved, so far. For the last twenty days we are purchasing mineral water. Hence here onwards, I won't recommend this product to any friend/relative. Further, I will advise them against in regard to worst performance and inefficient & bad service.

Its almost 15 days we trying to approach customer service department in pune for the replacement of cabinet. But we are not getting any positive response from service department.We are not happy at all with service department.

My Name is Brajesh Mehra, I bought pure it in Jan-2010, this was served good, but after 4 months Battery kitt has been faild. Then I purchased new battery kit in May 6, 2010. but after 10-11 day this new battery start showng red indicator on it. this mean change new battery. I made conmplaint to customer care but no respopnse till after 1 week. Very poor service.

On the time of purchsing, Pure it sales executive force me to buy this product however I allredy booked aqua guard (I had paid 500/- as advance to Eureka Forbs which is not refund to me till now). and Finally now I am reliase that I had taken a bad dicission to buy pure it.

i feel that pureit people are unable to manage the orders. i want to replace the battery kit for my pureit and for the last ten days i am getting only complaint numbers viz[protected],[protected] etc from the customer care .Every complaint is followed by one sms that the represtative will call u and visit to replace the battery kit. I think the pureit people are making only fools. If one can not handle the system why to launch the product with a bang.i feel now that i have made a mistake in purchasing the pureit.

I have placed the GKB on 13th july'10 for 1500L. I didnt find any performance diffrence between 1500 and 2500L.Your people are forcing to buy 2500Lit GKB. Every time am asking for the update their giving new order no with current date, not retaining the original order number what i have ordered. Now i have nearly more than ten different order numbers for one 1500L GKB

I spend 150 Rs. for making std charge to pure it help line from Jul'13 to Jul'27. We struggled lot to get the GKB at lasty they came and replaced the GKB on jul'27.I never ever seen such a very worst servcice.
I have purchased pureit long back now, i ordered for germ kil kit (battery replacement ) on 30.08.10 but till today i have not received one single kit the service of pure it is very bad now a days simply they are sending msg. but no one turned up regarding this the service is very bad if it is continue like this means the customer will go to another product. improve your service

It was bad experience with Purit it

I have bought pureit on 31/05/2011 from the dealer but it was defected piece and did not get the scrach card. After so many calls the dealer he replaced the defected piece with the other one on 03/06/2011 but other peice is also not looking new like previous one. I have made so many call to customer care but no response i got from there side. The scrach card is still pending and but pure it cusomer care executive has been making false promosies for last two weeks.

I suggest to all do not buy this pure it. It is total loss of your money

Hi, My name is Pramod Kumar ( [protected] ), i have registered my batery kit order on 26 july 2011, but no one gives responce me than again i have registered complaint on 30 july 2011 complaint number is C[protected], the customer care persone asure me your complaint will attend with in next 48 hours, again no one responce me, than i have received one sms on dated 3 august 2011 evening, Dear Customer your complaint has been attend so please give your feedback, good or bad...

Still no body came in my home and i have not recieved any call from the pureit service team, how can they send me this sms, its a major service issue, every time they will take more than 10 day, company will claim 72 hours service time... i am totally unsetisfied with pureit.

I will not suggest to any body to buy pureit, its very bad exprience with puruit
I had given complain on leakage issue and poor customer support in the blog, in the same week pureit has attended the issue and sorted it.
