[Resolved] Hitachi Hard Disk — CRASHING,POWER FAILURE,MANY MORE PROBLEM. | |||
My Hitachi hard disk is not working properly.my hitachi hard disk detail as follows: Model:HDP72502SGLA380 Rated:5v 360ma.12v 670ma SATA: 3.0Gb/s RPM:7200 RPM. I FACING A LOT OF PROBLEM FROM SIXTH MONTH.EVEN DEALER MAKE CHARGE EVERYTIME.I TRIED EVERYTHING BY USING DFT Tool of Hitachi, but the problem still arises.MY ALL COSTLY DATA HAS BEEN CORRUPTED DUE TO THIS PROBLEM.I FINALLY SEND IT TO REPLACE BUT NO RESPONSE YET COME FROM HITACHI CUSTOMER CARE.WHEN I ASKED FOR DEALER THEY SAID COMPANY TAKE 50 DAYS TIME FOR REPLACING.BUT I THINK IBM IS REPUTATIVE COMPANY IF THEY TAKE LOT OF TIME WHAT THE CUSTOMER CAN DO? I PURCHASED IT FROM G.X TECHNOLOGY ,SANJAY PLACE ,AGRA. EVEN DEALER SAID THE COMPANY REPLACE HARD DISK WHEN IT SEND 2 - 3 TIME.IT MEANS I HAVE TO WAIT 5 MONTH APPROX.WHAT THE HELL IT IS? PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.IALREADY SEND A HARD DISK FOR REPLACEMENT. NOTE DFT TEST IS ALSO FAIL & UNABLE TO CONTINUE DUE TO DEFECTIVE HARD DISK.THE PRODUCT IS NOT GOOD AS COMPARE TO SEAGATE HARD DISK.MY ALL VALUABLE DATA IS CORRUPTED. I hitachi hard disk product is not good.Customer suffer a lot with Hitachi hard disk products.

Actually their is lot of problem of replace ment with hitachi products..

Hard Disk Crashing
I had purchased Laptop for my personel use but its Hitachi Travel Star Hard Disk 40 GB started giving problems and all my data was corrupted and I had to purchase another one immediately .It is lying with me because the service centre is not locatable at Agra and on line complaint cannot be registered for want of serial No, not visible on the part No 3972513 . ASM P/N 92P6250 . FRU P/N 92P[protected]RPM .Please co ordinate and help me to get the same replaced immediately

Hitachi Hard Disk — hard disk failure
i bought my hard disk very recently with 1 year warranty but after returning from my native it stopped working and i m in great trouble as myprojects are going on what should i do now.Hitachi — hard disk not work properly
sir i am gaurav kumar i have purchase hard disk model HDT721016SLA380from family computer,patna in 2009 but problem is that my os is not
installing.so please look this matter regarding my problem.

I was delivered with a product damaged and after registering for the complaint, its more than month and no one even takes care of it. I have not used the AC till now.After repetitively calling the customer care, no resolution or positive vibes received till not. They keep on telling that parts not available.
